The building is located in Većeslav Holjevac Avenue 40, Novi Zagreb. It was built in 2004.

Total area is 13340 m2.

The aim is to rent some offices and some small warehouse space as well.

It consists of the ground-floor and four upper levels. It is surrounded by 380 parking lots and green landscape spots. You can access to it from Horvatova Street. At the entrance there is a check-point gate.
